Kidz Klub

7 to 11 years old

Kidz Klub is an exciting programme that reaches out to the local community.

Why Kidz Klub?

We believe that an understanding of the Christian Faith is helpful & important for children today. At Kidz Klub we have put together an exciting, dynamic programme which gives kids both great enjoyment & also presents the Christian message in a way that is relevant to them & their culture today.

For Your Peace Of Mind

We put very high priority on child protection, health & safety. All our workers are Police-checked & have received training in child protection matters. Qualified first aiders are presents at every Kidz Klub event.

We have a simple set of rules both at the club and on our free bus service, which all children are expected to follow.

How Kidz Klub benefits Children, their Families, their Communities, and our City

  • By showing genuine and unconditional care, esteem and acceptance to children and their families, especially those from the more disadvantaged areas of our city.

  • By inspiring the children to be caring, helpful and co-operative and to show respect to people, property and authority.

  • By encouraging the children to make lifestyle choices that protect them from harmful, dangerous, addictive and destructive influences.

  • By promoting good behaviour from the children through appropriate rewards, incentives and competition.

  • By developing children through giving them responsibility and leadership roles within their club.

  • By organising and running dynamic events for children which combine lots of wholesome fun with appropriate, visual and non-threatening exploration of the Christian Faith.

  • By building, training, equipping and encouraging teams of volunteers.

  • By being, through our teams of workers, positive role models to the children.

  • By making regular visits to the homes of children who attend the clubs to build relationship with them and their families.

  • By providing practical help, support and encouragement to children and their families where needed.
