Looking ahead to 2017

2016 was a great year for Chaplaincy. In addition to being part of the Chaplaincy work in Brighton, the new Chaplaincy initiative in Newhaven has gone from strength to strength

and has been a blessing to many people and organisations.

Chaplains have been involved in helping in charities, emergency services, international response, social care, health care, education and in being a presence in the town.

We are getting requests from a growing number of organisations that would like to have Chaplains supporting them and their staff and service users. So in 2017 we will recruit even more Chaplains so that we can respond to the need: If you would like to be a Chaplain, please drop me an email and I will let you have the details.

Finally a huge thank you to all the Chaplains who have given of their time and in some cases money to make all we do so successful, you are an amazing bunch of people.

I pray in 2017 that God will continue to anoint the work of the Chaplains and God will bless you and give you peace.
